Overview
The
Cross Seminole Trail
is a planned 24 mile trail from Lake Mary to to Oviedo. The trail is in Seminole County Florida north of Orlando. There are several unconnected sections open approximately 14 miles total. The
Cross Seminole Trail is part of the Orange County Trails System and is a Florida National Scenic Trail. This will be a very nice trail when all of the connections are made. One of the highlights of the trail is is concrete pedestrian bridge that crosses State Road 434.
The trail has a mix of both woodsy rural areas and heavy urban use. Some of the urban areas are very busy.
If you plan to ride this trail all of the way be sure to check all of the links below and call the trail managers for updates on trail openings.
Future plans include a connection to the Seminole-Wekiva Trail.
